Firm Update: April 30, 2020 - CCTR to Re-Open on May 4, 2020 Under Certain Restrictions
With the announcement of the Safer At Home Order issued by Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, Cockrell Cockrell, Townsend & Ritchey, LLP has decided to re-open its office under certain restrictions. All attorneys and staff will begin working from the office on Monday, May 4, 2020. Attorneys and staff will only see clients in person if an appointment has been scheduled. We will continue to primarily conduct meetings and initial consults over the telephone unless circumstances dictate otherwise. We will not be accepting walk-in or unscheduled appointments at this time. However, we will be able to schedule initial consults and appointments over the telephone, please call us at (205) 349-2009 if you would like to schedule an initial consult or appointment.
We do ask all clients that have an in person meeting to wear masks and gloves and remain 6 feet away from any other person while in our office. Our attorneys and staff will still be following the guidelines and sanitation practices set out by the CDC and the Alabama Department of Public Health to maintain the safety of firm personnel and our clients.
